The engine turns at first, but the tape doesn't spin. I did a little digging. I had to turn the middle part to the left and tighten the screw. It would be nice if the band sander was more width. It's a pretty small product. Take it on purpose. It would be nice if there was a plastic cover that closed the motor cable fittings.
